my absolute lovelies are engaged since the evening of saturday 12 may.i got a call while i was in the supermarket buying wine, so i bought a little bit more just to celebrate. i am super super super stoked for them and cant wait to maid of honour at the wedding in 2-3 years (although i would put money on it being sooner)
however, i will not wear pink, lilac or any other pastel colour! but i will get drunk and make fabulous speeches.
now i have lots of maidy duties to look forward to - including, helping the bride choose her dress, helping the bride consume vast quantities of champagne, presenting the bride with her wedding cutout scrap book, slapping the bride when she turns into a monster.
